Life can be filled with both beautiful and yet tremendously tricky moments. How do you navigate life challenges? Are you moving through the world in a way that feels beneficial and authentic to you? I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them navigate life challenges, process past trauma and/or reach their goals. I believe that individuals can overcome adversity they have experienced through understanding and utilizing their strengths. I am fully trained in EMDR! I am an eclectic therapist that utilizes many modalities to help you reach your goals such as CBT, DBT, EMDR and various others. I work to create an environment that feels safe to express vulnerability, process trauma and express emotions. I have experience working with a diverse population of clientele on many different issues.
