Hi! I feel so grateful to be a therapist connecting with adult women in all phases of life. I offer a genuinely non-judgmental space for you to process emotional feelings as well as the physical feelings that may come with your emotions. I value honesty in my work and love to work with women who are ready to make some real changes. I am interactive and I am genuinely interested in moving people through their issues so that you can live up to your full potential. If you are a women who is ready to take the next step in your health I would love to get to work with you. I am here to provide place to process feelings, negative self-talk and traumas big and small. I love working with adult women in all phases of life. I am a certified EMDR therapist which means that I have the highest level of training to provide individual EMDR. I work in person and remotely and currently have space for new clients.
