Whether you’re working through trauma, struggling in a relationship, facing career or work challenges or exploring your personal goals, I’ll work with you to navigate the situation and help you create a plan for growth that feels empowering. I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. I have a direct solution focused approach.
