Stressful life events, endless thoughts in the night, and emotions that seem out of control can be overwhelming and isolating. Exhaustion and self-critical thoughts can further push quality of life and sense of fulfillment out of reach. As an Asian American psychologist in California, I am passionate about supporting my community through thoughtful counseling that cultivates deeper understanding and healing. I have presented research and workshops on the intersection of mental health and cultures, and have over 10 years of psychotherapy experience focused on building awareness, learning coping skills, and improving quality of life.
