NOW accepting new clients... It can feel overwhelming when you decide you're ready to begin your healing journey. When it comes to anxiety, caregiver burnout, grief/loss, PTSD, trauma, life adjustments or substance use (amongst many others) I'm here to help! Acknowledging the desire for help can be scary but also powerful. Life provides unique experiences on a daily basis, on its own terms, and sometimes our feelings related to those experiences can be misunderstood or confusing. If you're ready to process through situations, learn coping skills, and have a safe space just for you, I'm here to help you grow and heal. Michelle works with adults 20 years and older. Michelle specializes in treating the following concerns: Addictions, Caregiver burnout, Dual Diagnosis, Grief/Loss, PTSD, Life Adjustments- because let’s face it, life keeps lifeing. Michelle is DBT trained, Grief trained, IFS informed, and CPT informed. She comes from a person centered strengths approach.
