My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover your own strengths and move forward with confidence. I work with children, teens, and adults facing various challenges; trauma, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, mental/emotional overwhelm etc. Together, we can start to identify what’s holding you back, develop tools to support emotional healing, and create meaningful change. Therapy is a place to be seen, heard, and supported—not judged. You don’t have to go through this alone.
