I have been a therapist for 25 years and love what I do! I am a strengths-based person who believes strongly in the gift of intuition. I help my clients learn how to trust their gut which has led to great success. Additionally, I provide psychotherapy to treat depression and anxiety through coping skills, life coaching, and positive thinking. I also treat past and present trauma through EMDR therapy with a light bar and paddles for maximum benefit. I have seen firsthand how it changes people's lives and feel honored to provide this treatment. You do not need to deal with your trauma alone. I am a partner in my client's healing.
