Welcome. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug counselor and have also been trained to assist with smoking cessation/recovery. I have had the pleasure of working with many brave individuals, in both individual and group counseling, helping them find their path towards recovery and wellness. I utilize a focus of strength based, solution oriented guidance through motivational interviewing and have had training in DBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to help increase healthy communication and coping skills. I believe each of us has our own ability to make changes in our lives. I am ready to help you find the path that works for you
