Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging — I’m glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with specialized experience in psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and young adults. I also work with adults and families across the lifespan. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of each individual. I’ve supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, identity development, self-esteem challenges, family conflict, school and work stress, and major life transitions.
