Hello and welcome. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist I take pride in sharing and utilizing my 20 years of diverse experience in the human services field with the client's I serve. It is my role to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment where you can be your authentic self, which I genuinely believe is a key component to therapeutic success. Together we will work collaboratively to set realistic and attainable goals in a supportive and strength based environment. I believe in using a holistic approach to treatment that supports the Mind, Body and Spirit to help client's reach their identified goals. I have experience with specialized populations; postpartum, active duty military, LGBTQ+, STRTP minors. Integrating sound & vibrational healing/EFT/mindful movement/breathwork, if client desires and if deemed appropriate, to target somatic symptoms, stored trauma, or relax the sympathetic nervous system and more can be a powerful tool for self-healing.
