Often that rebalancing has been trying to happen for a while, but the conditions haven't been quite right. I'm here to support you in listening deeply to your inner wisdom (body, mind, heart, soul, energy field) and support you in finding a sense of capacity and presence and joy in your life. View 8 Photos The somatic/relational modalities I incorporate - Natural Processing (somatic EMDR), NeuroAffective Touch, Gestalt Practice - are effective in addressing relational/attachment issues, transitions, anxiety, panic, depression, grief, PTSD, complex PTSD & integration of peak experiences. As desired, I also weave in art, dance, eco-therapy & spirituality/ritual.
