I work with people navigating with the effects of shame, low self-esteem, and internalized self-blame while navigating conflicts, including but not limited to relationships, limiting beliefs, and life purpose. Some people seek my support in processing painful developmental experiences from their younger years that have led them to feel like too much, not enough, or misunderstood. Others are looking to delve into current problems with creating the life and identities they desire. My job is to help you surprise yourself through speaking freely.
