I have 30 years experience providing therapy to individuals, couples and families on a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. I have extensive training in relationship therapy and sex therapy. I work to help clients facilitate positive change in their lives by connecting to their internal resources and deepening their interpersonal relationships. This work is collaborative with the client having an active voice in the therapy process. I believe that the best mental health treatment is sensitive and respectful of the individual's personal values and beliefs.
