I offer counseling services to individuals, children (5 and up), couples, and families. I use an evidence-based therapy style that incorporates a variety of beneficial tools that are tailored to each patient. Therapy assists individuals in learning how to identify and change destructive or disturbing thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions.
