I provide therapy for individuals and couples who are in pursuit of self-awareness, acceptance, healing, and wholeness. My relational approach creates space to honor each person, story, and process. Trauma is real and trauma is not your fault. Whether the trauma you hold comes from issues from family of origin, from romantic or platonic relationships, or from specific events, I can help you. As we address the trauma and calm your system, we have the bandwidth to walk with our pain with more confidence that we can face it, move through it, and walk into wholistic healing. I specialize in betrayal trauma, working with persons who have been betrayed by their romantic partner via infidelity, sex addiction, and/or financial deception. I am a person of faith and if faith is important to my client, I can incorporate their faith beliefs, as appropriate, in the therapeutic work.
