We learn to survive and do the best in the worlds we have grown up in; and sometimes we find ourselves going round and round in a strange sort of ‘uncomfortable comfort’ or ‘functional dysfunction’ of our lives. I strive to see the world through your lens and understand your unique family, cultural, and identity experiences. In every individual exists a craving to embody a life unburdened by excessive guilt and shame, while having the freedom to enjoy a more meaningful and joyful human experience.
