Your story matters. Your life has value. You are worth it. Seeking help through life's difficulties can be daunting. It can, at times, also be met with some disapproval by others who don't understand the position that you are in or the struggles you face. I want to acknowledge your bravery in taking this step to prioritize your mental health. It isn't easy, but I can assure you it will be worth it. A little about me: I am passionate about helping others seek out health and wholeness in their lives. I currently practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana. In my 10 years of clinical experience, I have worked in multiple settings (community based mental health, in-home therapy for adults and children, outpatient adult & pediatric therapy) and have experience with a variety of mental health concerns.
