I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Tampa, Florida. I have been licensed for over 20 years and I work with adults and teens, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I have many therapeutic tools I rely upon when the opportunities presents themselves. I typically work with clients who are dealing with life stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger, and coping with life changes.
