Taking the first step into therapy can be overwhelming and challenging, whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child. My passion is partnering with clients and creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted without judgment as you navigate life’s challenges. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. In each session, I create a space full of warmth, acceptance, and empathy to cultivate an environment where clients feel open to share and explore their emotions. Drawing from my past clinical roles, I use my strong therapeutic skills and strive to support clients through difficult or complex experiences. Together, we’ll process emotions and build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’ve been on this path before, I feel honored to walk alongside you.
