The people I work with often are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure of the next move. They have spent many years of their lives trying to perform, perfect and please. They are exhausted because this no longer works and they are ready to explore who they are and how they want to move through the world differently. Together, we use self compassion, mindfulness, EMDR and EMDR Intensives to get unstuck and start living their lives.
