As a 2nd-generation Vietnamese American therapist, I work with people who show up ready to dig deep and do the uncomfortable work that leads to real change. This is for you if you're ready to look at the hard stuff, do the work between sessions, and break cycles—not just cope with them. My approach blends practical skills with root-cause healing—warm, direct, culturally informed. I use CBT/DBT, EMDR, and whole-person wellness (sleep, stress, movement, nourishment) grounded in what actually works. No toxic positivity or Band-Aid solutions. We treat the whole person, not just symptoms, so the change you make sticks.
