Therapy for women ready to heal their past and reclaim their power! You're the one everyone leans on, the one who holds it together. But under the surface, it's different...loneliness, guilt, anxiety, or a feeling that something is off. Maybe you spent years telling yourself "it wasn't that bad". I specialize in working with women navigating the shadows of childhood trauma, attachment wounds, dissociation, and complex relational dynamics. I'm also a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally. I work collaboratively to help clients reconnect with their inner wisdom and build a more integrated self. My style is warm, intuitive, and grounded in evidence based approaches like parts work, psychodynamic therapy, and mind body awareness. I am a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist via the IFS Institute and EMDR certified. I'm currently training with the ISSTD which is regarded as the gold standard for trauma education.
