Teaching you how to rise and flow on the journey of parenthood is my passion. I help you learn tools to support yourself so that parenting feels connected and joyful. My own entry into motherhood was a journey in itself—miscarriage, medical complications and postpartum anxiety. It was this experience that inspired me to work with others on their journey of parenthood. I'll work with you to manage challenges, build greater awareness of thoughts and feelings and improve balance in your life. I love to take an individualized approach to therapy based on your needs, and I see myself as a guide along a journey where you are the expert.
