The desire to help others face life’s challenges with positivity, curiosity, excitement, and resilience is what led me to pursue a career in mental health counseling. Using a fresh and positive approach that blends established psychological theory, evidence-based interventions, zen principles, and personal experience, I help children (ages 12+), individual adults (ages 18+), couples, and families develop the appropriate self awareness and psychological tools to confidently manage their depression, anxiety, and other mental health obstacles that interfere with leading happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
