I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Costa Mesa, California. I work with clients within the state of California via telehealth. I work with individuals, couples, and families, specializing in trauma and addictions. I believe in a balance of structure and fluidity within the therapeutic process. I am a systems therapist and use Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and The Gottman Method to inform my work. My approach is client-centered. I like to think of myself as a tour guide on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
