Accepting new clients- Welcome! I’m excited at the possibility of working with you! My counseling approach typically centers on Brief Solution-Focused Therapy. This type of counseling is based on the idea that you already have strengths, skills, and resources that can help you create meaningful change in your life. Rather than focusing primarily on problems or the past, we’ll concentrate on what’s working, what’s important to you, and how you’d like things to be different in the future. I’m a licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed social worker, and certified personal trainer. Our conversations will be goal-oriented and time-limited, meaning we’ll spend our sessions identifying clear, realistic goals and exploring the small, practical steps that can move you closer to those goals.
