Everyone feels stuck at times, noticing ourselves repeating the same behaviors and finding ourselves in the same type of relationships, even if a part of us knows they no longer serve us. We know what is true in our head but often struggle to live it out daily. I am passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and barriers to living a fulfilling life. Using my wide range of experiences in life to enable clients to find their authentic self, we work together to create space for courage, creativity and curiosity... transforming negative thinking and destructive behavior patterns into positive outcomes. I am available to see adults and teenagers and treat all aspects related to mental health including depression, PTSD, anxiety, spiritual abuse, self-worth, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma history, phobias, performance anxiety and beyond.
