My approach focuses on rapport, trust and understanding to build a strong and effective therapeutic relationship. Through genuine compassion and empathy, patience, and a natural ability to see the positive gifts in both people and situations, I'm able to help clients heal and recover from difficult life experiences. My education and background of volunteer work in hospice care and internships working with foster youth and in a children’s community mental health agency, gives me the experience to help clients of all ages and life stages.
