Hi, I’m Michelle! I am a second-generation Asian American mental health therapist and most importantly Human. I believe providing a trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming, and culturally responsive environment is critically important to doing this brave work. My goal is to support you on your journey to coming home to yourself, healing from the past, and creating the life you want to live. My specialties include: First/Second Generation Asian American Mental Health, Intergenerational Trauma/Conflict, Relationships/Dating, Postpartum Mental Health, Racial Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, and Self-Esteem.
