Growing up in a small town, and being a military spouse, I am all too familiar with the stigma that comes with mental health. I understand how difficult it can be to speak up and ask for help. As a mother, it is important for me to be as present as possible in my children’s life while also maintaining my career. As a spouse, I see firsthand how serving affects not only the soldiers, but their family and children as well. My desire is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for anyone who needs help, guidance, or simply a safe place to talk about their life. I've worked with both adolescents and adults in a private practice setting where I worked with clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, substance use disorder, and personality disorders, diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum, ADD/ADHD, and other minor learning disabilities. I have received training and supervision in treating those with co-occurring disorders
