My passion for helping individuals who feel they have "lost" themselves to the demands of community commitments, the busyness of motherhood, career & marriage. My mission is to support those struggling with eating disorders, body image, self-love, depression, anxiety, menopause challenges & autoimmune conditions. I believe deeply in the human spirit's ability to grow & change; I am dedicated to helping others awaken their truest, healthiest selves. As a mother of 7 children, both living & in Heaven; a wife, Nana & breast cancer survivor, I personally understand the physical, emotional & spiritual pain of of feeling disconnected.
