Hello! I am Renay Lyons, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada and Virginia. I have a background in treating individuals, couples, and families, both in person and via telehealth. I am Solution-Focused because I believe when someone is seeking therapy, they need immediate relief from pain and suffering. Once we have achieved that relief, then we can dig into the deeper subjects using CBT and other modalities. I use psychoeducation to help you understand what your brain and body are doing, because I genuinely believe that knowledge gives you control, and the power to change.
