I work with adult women experiencing grief, loss, depression, changes in life. I help women dealing with grief of all kinds (people, pets, jobs, life stages, etc. ). I honor and support those on a spiritual path—whether you’re just beginning to trust your intuition or already walking closely with it. If your healing journey includes spiritual guidance, you’ll find a safe, grounded space here. I’m not trained to work with active addiction or severe trauma/PTSD-related symptoms. I am not a good fit for someone who is looking for therapist who provides a lot of structure and homework assignments. I do not generally work with men.
