Hello, I'm Michelle. Moving to Colorado and immersing myself in the mountains has taught me so much about life and about myself, and it became the inspiration for my practice. When we find ourselves fighting what feels like an uphill battle, it can impact every facet of our well-being. I believe we all have within us exactly what we need to face these moments, but sometimes we just need a little extra support, and the outcome can be breathtakingly beautiful.
