Specializing in ADHD/AuDHD, recovery from emotional abuse, attachment issues, BPD, and perfectionism/people-pleasing, I use a trauma-focused lens to guide you toward healing, empowerment, and recovery—your lived experience matters. I’m here to listen, not to dictate, and to walk with you as you make sense of your own story. I have a background of 7 years in social services that has given me advanced skills to handle complex situations. I deeply respect my clients, and it is an honor to be in a helping role.
