I graduated with an M.Ed in a dual licensure program for Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling in MA, and I am currently practicing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in CA. I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade, starting as a counselor and working my way up to a independent licensed therapist. I have worked with all ages across the lifespan as well as in various setting and levels of care within the field. My areas of specialty are in emotion regulation skill-building, navigating stressful life events, managing and decreasing anxiety, and relieving the weight of depression.
