Working under the supervision of Emily Collette, Psy.D., I provide psychotherapy to pre-teens, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions and life transitions, relationship difficulties, substance use, and trauma, loss, or other overwhelming experiences. Across ages and life stages, I support individuals who want to feel more like themselves, build healthier relationships, and move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I also work with couples seeking to improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
