My specialities includes working with pre-teens, adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image, substance use addiction, self-injury, anxiety, depression, anger, relationship struggles, life transitions and trauma/abuse. In order to address all areas of the client's need, I collaborate with other health professionals such as a medical doctor, psychiatrist and/or dietitian. I find using a team approach to the treatment and recovery provides the best overall care.
