About

While we are all inherently worthy of feeling peaceful and connected, these feelings are not always easily accessible. Whether this has been a struggle that has always shown up in your life or you are working through specific issues that have interrupted your stability, I’m here to help. I work with older teens and adults to navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships/communication, life transitions and family issues. Often, other issues emerge and together we can handle those things, too. My canine partner, Koda, is still training but may be available upon request to help provide a sense of comfort during sessions. I blend psychotherapy with holistic counseling principles, evidence based therapeutic techniques, and mindfulness to help clients build upon their strengths and develop a strong sense of self that will allow them to not only work through current issues/stressors, but develop the resiliency to handle future challenges with more ease.
