My professional strengths include working with children, adolescents, and families to resolve behavioral problems, academic challenges, and peer problems. I have extensive experience with depression, anxiety/stress and fears, ADHD, and trauma. You and your child will be taught coping skills and concrete tools to use in dealing with the present challenges. Additionally I work with adults with trauma, substance abuse, eating issues, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and gaining clarity & direction. I utilize Cognitive therapy, Behavioral interventions, and Family Systems approaches. I am happy to offer a free phone consultation if someone is questioning if therapy is right for him or her.
