My clients have shared they benefit from my mind-body approach which allows you to recognize, reveal and release stress to build a more fulfilling life and challenge their usual coping- numbing, avoiding, over-functioning, or doing everything alone. As a dancer and restorative yoga instructor, I help clients connect their body and emotions to create more fulfilling habits, community, and self-love.
