Now at Crossroads Counseling. I have ten years of experience as a social worker and therapist, working with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, complex trauma, grief, family separation, addiction, domestic violence, religious trauma and a variety of other mental health issues. I have seen clients gain relief from oppression, while experiencing healing mentally, emotionally and physically. I am compassionate about seeing my clients obtain their goals in a safe, non judgmental therapeutic relationship that fosters healing and transformation. I have worked with children, adolescents, women/couples, processing with them, pain and disappointment, leading them to a place of overcoming and helping them find the truth about their identity. I also equip my clients with goal oriented life long coping skills.
