Updated 5/23/25 Hi! I’m Michelle Soto, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My clinical expertise is broad and includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress and life transitions. I earned both my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and my Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development & Family Studies from Cal State Long Beach. I work with individuals and families of different cultural backgrounds, at low and high-income communities. I utilize a combination of therapeutic techniques, to tailor to your individual needs. The approaches I use include person-centered, CBT, mindfulness, REBT, solution focused, psycho-dynamic, and other approaches that are all evidence-based.
