How's your happy? Perhaps it's been on the decline, episodic, or maybe you've lost it altogether and can't even remember when or how. The truth is that life happens, and happiness can fluctuate. But if you misplace your happy for too long, it can have a significant impact on your mood, creativity, productivity, relationships, and overall health and well-being. The good news is that there are things we can do to facilitate the change needed to impact our happy. With a focus on integrated health and mindfulness, my goal is to provide you with the tools needed to boost your happy and get you back on the road to total well-being. I take an integrated approach to well-being, and emphasize the mind-body connection. An assessment of stress, movement/exercise, diet, sleep and support are done with every client to insure we are addressing total well-being.
