You don’t have to hold everything together on your own. Many of my clients come carrying years of anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship patterns that feel confusing or painful. They’re trying to make sense of how childhood experiences, cultural expectations, or past relationships shape who they are today. Often, they’ve been the strong one, the caretaker, or the one who learned early on to keep their emotions contained. I also support neurodiverse clients who are navigating the challenges of a neurotypical world and those struggling with academic pressures, executive functioning struggles, and work-related stress and anxiety.
