Clients I work with will present with a wide array of challenges, some of which include anxiety, depression, relational issues, and life transitions. While each client is unique, all clients are looking for change in some capacity. My job is to help my client(s) identify what is not working for them and instead explore what life looks like in absence of the problem(s).
