Clients can expect to start with an introductory session where they can share their story and what they hope to achieve in therapy. Together we can cultivate an individual journey to meet each clients goals. I am a working mother and know the struggle it is to balance work and mom life. I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community to meet the needs of those managing challenges in one's sexuality and stigmas. Additionally, I understand the dynamics of the military culture to help those serving and have served our country.
