There are so many changes that can occur later in life. Whether that's discovering our sexuality, gender identity, accepting a new diagnosis, or other major life changes such as childbirth, marriage, divorce, death, career change, or relocation. I work best with those who want to explore their experiences and emotions to gain better insight into themselves. I believe we all hold the answers within ourselves, as we are the experts in our own lives. I'm here to help you sort through all the expectations and beliefs placed upon us by others in order to discover your authentic self. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Every person is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I am non-directive and will not guide each session fully. We can explore whatever feels most relevant that day. Growth happens outside our comfort zone, but you still need to feel as safe as possible so you can explore things when you're ready.
