During our first session there are a few things that I want to emphasize to my clients. It is important you know our relationship is one of collaboration as well as self determination. We are walking alongside one another. In the first session, I will learn about you and your background including any challenges that impact your daily life including medical, psychological, grief and loss, big transitions and any other stressors you feel impact your mental and emotional health. I will also engage in a series of assessments to help better understand how these stressors are impacting you and your relationships.
