I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to create meaningful change in their lives. I honor and respect people who want to grow, even when that growth feels uncomfortable or uncertain. Many clients come to me feeling stuck in the same relational patterns, weighed down by life transitions, or struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection. Having a better understanding of the stressors of first responders also allows me to be a support when others are unable to help. My goal is to help you discover greater clarity, peace, and purpose one step at a time, at a pace that feels right for you.
